In a statement, Fishermen’s says it is “very disappointed” by BPU’s action but will continue to work with it “toward a successful launch” of the project. It would be located in state waters 4.5km off Atlantic City.
It was not immediately clear whether Fishermen’s and the state Division of Rate Counsel (DRC) will try to modify the settlement or stipulation as BPU calls it.
