Under the agreement, which builds on a $900,000engineering deal inked last autumn, OPT will work with Mitsui to finalise thedesign of a version of the spar-buoy device tailored for wave conditions offthe island nation, with installation of the maiden unit planned for March 2015.
Mitsui will manufacture the body of the wave powerdevice, with OPT supplying the power take-off technology including itsgenerator and electronics systems.
