Takehiko Matsuo, director of METI’s environmental policy division, spoke to Recharge following an article in The Nikkei stating that METI has decided to split offshore from the onshore wind FIT at the start of the next fiscal year in April 2014.
Matsuo says: “We haven’t decided to do that yet. We will decide on that later. And according to the article, we have already decided the price.
