Terms of the agreement were not disclosed but FLiDAR says it will "deploy several [of its buoys for EDF] over the coming years".
“This agreement proves the confidence that EDF has in our product and services," says FLiDAR general manager Bruce Douglas.
The FLiDAR technology, developed by consultancy 3E and marine contractor Geosea, is made up of an industry standard Mobilis buoy equipped with a Leosphere Windcube v2 lidar.
