Wind tower plant to be built in jobs black spot
Ontario officials have confirmed that a wind tower manufacturing plant will be opened near the southwestern city of Windsor, as predicted by Recharge last week. The facility is part of the province's 2.5GW green-energy development deal with Samsung C&T and utility Korea Electric Power (Kepco) that was signed in January and is worth up to C$7bn ($6.9bn).
