Amsterdam: Typhoon Capital, which is co-developing the 600MW Bard-Nederland zones, has clinched a €150m ($209m) commitment from Dutch investment fund Meewind. Haarlem-based Meewind has established a new sub-fund - Zeewind 2 - to invest in the two 300MW Bard-Nederland projects off the Dutch coast.
