Rio de Janeiro: Skyline Solar will supply a 500kW concentrating photovoltaic (CPV) plant in Mexico with its new technology, which aims to deliver a levelised cost of electricity (LCOE) of less than $0.10/kWh. DelSol Systems will build the plant, which will ultimately be owned by the state of Durango in central Mexico. The 28m-peso ($2.3m) project will be the largest such plant in Latin America, says the Mexican company.
