German turbine maker Siemens blames delays with the Greater Gabbard project for weaker-than-expected installation figures for offshore machines last year. Siemens had expected to install all 140 of its 3.6MW turbines by the end of 2010, but only 70 were put in place, despite the machines having all been produced at its factory in Brande.
