London REpower has clinched a deal to deliver 720MW of onshore turbines to Juwi Group in the next two years. Having trialled REpower turbines for the first time in 2010, the German developer will buy up to 240 of its machines this year and next - mainly the 3.4M104 and the new 3.2M114, as well as some 2.05MM units.. The Juwi deal represents the second-largest onshore framework agreement REpower has ever nailed down, behind only the 954MW agreement in 2009 with Quebec-based developer Saint-Laurent Énergies (SLE), owned jointly by EDF Energies Nouvelles and RES Canada..
