Ming Yang signs up to Hebei projects

Turbine manufacturer China Ming Yang has signed a memorandum of understanding to co-operate in a series of projects with the provincial government of Hebei, in the country's north. Under the agreement, Ming Yang will develop factories in Hebei, including a carbon-fibre plant to produce 3-6MW turbine blades and battery systems for storage of energy from wind and solar.
