Iberdrola Renovables is not interested in developing offshore projects in the US in the short term, although it sees it as a good long-term bet, policy and regulation director Kevin Lynch tells Recharge.
"It's hard enough competing with natural gas onshore at the moment on price," says Lynch, who adds that offshore wind "is just too expensive at present".
