London: Spanish turbine manufacturer Gamesa has won a contract to build wind farms with a total capacity of 205MW in the northern region of Cantabria for Iberdrola Renovables and construction company Ocyener. The two companies' Biocantaber joint venture won the projects last July..
Gamesa will supply turbines and construct five wind farms - La Cruz del Marqués, El Escuchadero, Peñas Gordas, La Matanela and Las Matas - in the region of Puerto del Escudo.
