What is important is that the G8 leaders put real pressure on the Kyoto laggards to bring them up to par with Germany.
G8 countries are the 'bad boys'
In the run-up to the UN climate change conference in Copenhagen this year, it is disturbing to learn that none of the major Group of Eight (G8) nations are doing enough to tackle global warming. Worst of all are Canada and Russia - the 'bad boys' in the class.
