France puts the freeze on 3kW-plus projects
Solar developers are set to head for the exits following the French government's announcement that it will stop accepting applications for all new projects larger than 3kW in order to prick the "speculative bubble" building up around the industry. The government decided to impose the moratorium while it formulates "a new balance" in its approach to solar energy.
