London: Investors behind Belgian wind farm Eldepasco have approved a €15m ($21.4m) increase in its development budget and confirmed their intention to use 72 Vestas turbines.. The project had languished in limbo until February, when two shareholders - renewables developer Electrawinds and offshore contractor Depret - exited the project amid concerns about its cost. The remaining two original stakeholders, Belgian discount supermarket chain Colruyt and renewables developer Aspiravi, purchased their former partners' stakes, and now own 66.7%
