Rio de Janeiro: Latin American clean-energy investors Grupo ECOS and Pragma Patrimonio will each take a 28% stake in EBES, a leading Brazilian downstream solar systems integrator, for an undisclosed sum. São Paulo-based EBES is a private company that specialises in the design, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of PV systems. Grupo ECOS, founded by Swiss partners, manages two private-equity investment funds, both with a focus on small and medium-sized Latin American companies active in sustainable development that have growth potential.
