London: Troubled Australian wind developer Infigen has acquired the remaining stakes in four projects from National Power Partners (NPP). As rumours swirl over Infigen's future, the debt-ridden company has snapped up the 50% stakes it did not already own in a quartet of wind farms under development: the 120MW Flyers Creek and the 70-100MW Bodangora, both in New South Wales; the 35-50MW Cherry Tree in Victoria; and the 450-540MW Woakwine in South Australia.
