London: Speculation that Beluga Hochtief Offshore (BHO) will scale down or abandon its plans for offshore wind has eased, after a Polish shipyard signed a contract related to a jack-up vessel it is building for the company. BHO is a joint venture between German shipping operator Beluga and construction group Hochtief to build and manage turbine installation vessels.
