She adds that Magma is "looking forward to getting more experience" and wants to return to Nicaragua at some point.
Concessions dropped due to cash demand
In October 2009, Ram Power and Magma Energy jointly won an international bid for two geothermal concessions in Nicaragua, but the agreement was terminated in April 2010. The concessions -Volcan Mombacho and Caldera de Apoyo - were each for 100sq km and required $50m for exploration, which was to have begun early last year.
