LONDON: Subsea cabling and the bankruptcy of subcontractor Subocean have bedevilled e ngineering , procurement and construction giant Fluor at Greater Gabbard. Subocean, hailed until recently as one of the jewels in Scotland's blossoming renewables sector, was hired by Fluor to install JDR inter-array cables linking the 140 turbines to two substations and three Prysmian export cables connecting the project to shore.
