Rio de Janeiro: BNDES, the Brazilian development bank, has approved financing of R$790m ($480m) for nine wind farms totalling 281.5MW. Impsa, an Argentine company, has received R$563m in indirect financing from BNDES through the Caixa Econômica Federal for eight wind farms in Ceará state that will total 211.5MW.
