CEGE (Central European Geothermal Energy Production Private Company) was founded in July 2008 by Mol, Australia’s Green Rock Energy International and Iceland’s Enex, which had equal shares. Enex has now exited the company, selling its stake to Mol and Green Rock.
CEGE is involved in exploration, production and sales of geothermal energy and the construction of geothermal power plants in Hungary.
