The Vancouver-based concern, which has one plant in operation and four advanced-exploration properties, filed a draft prospectus with Canadian securities regulators last week.
It did not specify the amount of the IPO, but analyst Carolina Vargas of Clarus Securities wrote in a note to investors: “We understand Magma is seeking to raise a minimum of C$50m [$45.5m]” on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
