Energia Provincial Sociedad del Estado (EPSE), the local provincial utility company of San Juan, will retain 10% ownership in the property and continue as part of the joint venture to develop it.
Details of the agreement will be forthcoming upon signing of a definitive agreement. G4G is based in Vancouver, British Columbia province.
EPSE will assist in achieving the commercialization of electrical energy produced from the hot water systems on the Despoblados property.
