The Spanish turbine maker, which recently underscored theimportance of the G114 to its commercial prospects from next year, says it willgenerate 29% more power than the G97-2.0MW.
The G114 will be based on the same technologicalarchitecture as Gamesa’s 2.0MW platform, but will have a new 2.5MW generator.
The G114 is intended to “complement and exist side by side”with the G97-2.0MW and the rest of the company’s 2.0MW
