However, a variety of media reports claim that the investigation uncovered evidence of illegal subsidies within China for the country’s PV manufacturers.
That determination will not have any immediate impact on Chinese solar suppliers selling into the EU, or on the deal struck earlier this month imposing a minimum price and a maximum export volume on them.
