European trade commissioner Karel De Gucht met Chinese commerce minister Gao Hucheng in Beijing today to discuss the imposition of anti-dumping duties by the EU.
After the meeting De Gucht was quoted by reporters in Beijing as saying he hoped a resolution could be sorted out “in days or weeks” and that a basic framework of a settlement has been laid down.
