With 1.8GW of operating renewables - 57% wind, 22% small hydro, 21% biomass and 1MW solar PV – CPFL Renováveis will build 283MW of wind projects by the end of 2018.
And it has 540MW of solar and 499MW of wind in its pipeline, ready to be bid into upcoming auctions.
Still, the company has stayed out of recent auctions, including last Friday's A-3 tender.
