Senergy stepped up its presence in alternative energy with the creation of group company Senergy Alternative Energy, which was further heightened by the acquisition of Econnect in the second half of 2008. The company's turnover has increased to £70m through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Par Equity and Senergy to play 'angelic' role in clean-tech funds
Par Equity, an emerging player in the venture capital market, has teamed up with Senergy Alternative Energy to pursue investment opportunities worth up to £3m ($4.14m) in the alternative- energy and clean-technology sectors over the next year.
