The company says it will sell as much as a 15% stake, and will use the proceeds to build 100 megawatts of green-energy generation capacity using advanced thermal-conversion technologies, such as pyrolysis and gasification.

“These funds will allow New Earth to accelerate the growth of its waste-treatment plants, and to be at the forefront of recovering renewable energy from waste via gasification or pyrolysis on a commercial scale in the UK,” says New Earth chairman Bill Riddle.
