The renewable natural gas producer said the net loss for 2008 included a non-recurring, non-cash charge for impairment of goodwill of $4.9m.
Even so, the company said it saw an increase in revenues in 2008 from a year earlier.
That increase in revenues was the result of new revenues from the company's Huckabay Ridge facility in Texas which began operating in February 2008.
