Recharge had an exclusive first look at the report titled 'The State of the Argentine Biofuels Industry: Launching of the Domestic Biodiesel and Ethanol Market', which says a total of 115 million litres of biofuels have hit the market since January after fears the mandates would go unfilled due to a lack of providers.
The mandates, which need a blend of 5% biodiesel and 5% ethanol started in January.
