Singapore's power generation will continue to be dominated by natural gas, with renewables having an upper limit of just 15% of the energy mix, according to a local industry player.
Constrained by the lack of spare land, the 660sq km city-state has only rooftops, and possibly the surface of reservoirs, on which to lay solar panels.
