In the three months ended September, Mighty River generated 1,831GWh of electricity, with geothermal volumes up 54% on year, excluding contribution from the Nga Awa Purua Geothermal Power Station commissioned in April.
Hydro volumes were also up 26% as the Waikato region experienced heavy rainfall during the period.
The company revealed wholesale prices averaging NZ$52 ($39) per MWh over the quarter, up from NZ$45 per MWh a year ago.
