Yingli, Kasikornbank, Huawei Technologies and Solventia Solar Energy plan to provide turnkey solutions for power plants and distributed generation.
Solventia chief executive Jesus Vazquez says: "Through collaboration, our companies will be able to execute each critical aspect of PV deployment, from manufacturing to construction."
