Japanese PV developerWest Holdings started building the ¥400m ($4m) project with Ciel et Terre aboutsix months ago, a spokesperson for the Hiroshima-based company tellsRecharge.
Chinese PV manufacturerJA Solar supplied around 4,530 of its 260W solar modules for the project,located in the city of Okegawa, north of Tokyo.
