Like other China-based producers, EU-bound exports from Yingli and Trina Solar are now subject to a preliminary anti-dumping duty of 11.8% until 6 August.

If the EU and China cannot settle their difference over PV equipment trade, higher individual preliminary duties will then kick in for a further four months.

Yingli, the global leader in panel shipments last year, likely faces the lowest duty of China’s top players at 37.3%.
