“Mounting Systems is an interesting take-over candidate,” Stefan Spork, managing director at the Mounting Systems unit, said in a statement sent to Recharge. “We’ve always been working profitable in recent years.”
Conergy filed for insolvency last week, and temporarily halted output at its module production manufacturing in Frankfurt (Oder), but stressed that operations continue at tits mounting system plant in Rangsdorf near Berlin.
