E.ON sees September start for Papalote Creek wind farm

The company will own and operate Papalote Creek, an arrangement it has at four other wind farms in Texas and one in New York state.

Spokeswoman Amy Fox tells Recharge that when Papalote Creek and the final phase of a wind farm in Roscoe, Texas, come online, EC&R will own and operate wind farms with 1,463MW installed capacity of power in the US.
