Construction of the terminal in North Andover, a town north of Boston, will begin this month. It will have 350,000 gallon storage onsite. Sales are targeted at 10 million gallons the first year.
The startup company will distribute biodiesel to oil companies to blend with petroleum diesel for use in automobiles and home heating as required by the state's Clean Energy Biofuels Act of 2008.
