The Danish wind group slashed jobs at the plant last year as mounting uncertainty over the fate of the federal Production Tax Credit (PTC) incentive sent US wind orders plunging.
But on Wednesday the company said it will not proceed with an earlier plan to sell the factory and will ramp operations back up at the facility, where it began adding workers again in July.
