EGPhas agreed to spend a total of about $81m to take a 75% stake in the 235MWChisholm View and 200MW Prairie Rose wind farms.
TheItalian company’s North American arm will buy a 26% share in both plants from asubsidiary of GE Capital, adding to the 49% it already owns under original financingagreements struck between the two – which included an option to increase EGP’sshare.
