In a letter, NYSE indicated that Suntech’s average stock price for the 30 trading days ending 31 July was above that threshold. The stock closed at $1.44 per share on that date.Shares were at $1.32 per share in early Wednesday afternoon trading.
Elsewhere, Suntech is still working on its restated financials for 2010 and 2011, as well as the Annual Report for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2012.
