Roseville,a city of 130,000 near California’s capital of Sacramento, will buy 325,000 MWhof electricity for $24m over a 10-year period from First Solar, starting in2015.
Theelectricity will come from First Solar’s 32MW (AC) Lost Hills PV plantin Kern County, with construction to start next year.
