Xcel to buy electricity from 40MW of Minnesota community wind

Community wind developer Juhl Wind says it has secured power purchase agreements (PPAs) with Xcel Energy for a pair of $46m, 19.8 megawatt (MW) community-owned wind projects in west central Minnesota.
