Xcel eyes September construction start for 200MW Courtenay

Xcel Energy next month hopes to obtain regulatory approvals in North Dakota that will allow September construction start of the 200MW Courtenay wind project, with commercial operation in fourth quarter 2016, a company official tells Recharge.
