Xcel Energy's 600MW Rush Creek project gets boost

Colorado regulators will meet Friday to decide whether to approve a proposed settlement between Xcel Energy and multiple parties that would accelerate development of a $1bn, 600MW wind project and construction of a related 90-mile, 345kV transmission line.
