Calgary-based BluEarth Renewables is ramping growth in North America primarily through project development led by 780MW in planned new wind capacity in the US state of Wyoming, company executives have told Recharge.
Last month, Dutch investment house DIF Capital Partners completed acquisition of 100% of BluEarth from the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan through its DIF Infrastructure V fund. The Schiphol-based outfit did not release financial details.
