Wind pushes Ireland to the brink of "excess" electrical capacity

Ireland, historically one of Europe’s least energy-secure nations, will soon begin experiencing periods of “excess capacity”, thanks in large part to its steadily growing stable of wind farms, according to the Electricity Supply Board (ESB).
