The WKN unit of German developer PNE Wind has closed framework agreements with John Laing Investments over the future acquisition of more than 50MW of French, and about 40MW of proposed Polish wind projects that are slated to be part of upcoming Polish RE auctions. “We want to expand our strategic approach to constructing international turnkey wind farms in the future,” WKN chief operating officer Roland Stanze says.
